I’ve had the honor of experiencing this work germinate and come through me all my life. This is truly my life’s work. I have been on a journey of learning, living, and teaching it. It has evolved and deepened through every season of my life, and through every person I have had the privilege to serve.
The work I have done with the Chair community has been an important part of that evolution. Here, I have helped Chairs find a more meaningful, natural way to build their groups without selling themselves or becoming someone they are not. But I have also seen that the work reaches much further. It changes how people make decisions, lead, relate, create, and live.
Perhaps more importantly, it helps change the way they see and relate to themselves. It helps them expand beyond lifelong limits and become free to be their truest, most contributing selves.
And now, I believe this work has matured and is ready for its larger place in this new era. I know this to the core of my being.
Many leaders are being called to step up now, to be the pioneers of this new era, discover new ways to be in the world, create greater collaboration and less division, and bring more compassionate, caring ways of doing business and being in the world.
Many are feeling the bigness of their call and asking themselves: Who am I to do this? Why me? Why am I here now? What’s my part in the bigger picture?
Greater Purpose Mastery is ready to serve them and help them not only find their answers, but live and embody them.
Without the decades of research, meditation, coaching, and training that have gone into this work, neither it nor I would be ready for this next chapter. We are now ready.
The Chair community has been an important part of this journey, and I will forever be grateful. You have contributed much to the work through your willingness to always go deep, challenge yourselves, and become the leaders of your Greater Purpose. Thank you.
It is now time for the work to grow beyond its current reach and into the much larger community it is now meant to serve.

Who is this program for?
This program is for Chairs who are at a point in their lives where they feel called to give back, make a difference, and leave a lasting legacy while making a good living.
They feel that selling is out of alignment with who they are and how they want to operate.
They know that true transformation takes time and attention, and now is a good time in their life to do the real work of knowing, living, and leading their Greater Purpose.
Who is this program not for?
This program is NOT for Chairs currently undergoing the initial Vistage traning. The material covered is very different, and doing both simultaneously would be confusing, at best.
This program is NOT for you if you are primarily motivated by money over meaning at this time in your life. Sometimes we need to be at that place. If you are, you are not a fit for this program at this time.
This program is not for you if you like to sell or want to learn another sales technique.
How do I know if it will work for me?
If you are a good fit for the program AND you do the work, it will work. It has worked for many who have come before you.
However, not everyone is a fit for the program. Not everyone should do this work in a group. Not everyone who may be a fit for the program is at the right time in their life to be able to go deep into the work.
This is exactly why Suzanne conducts a deliberate and thorough actual Selection Process with each potential participant. She is "Mama Bearish" about who gets in the program.
When does the program start, and how long does it last?
The Greater Purpose Mastery Journey is a 12-month virtual program beginning in the Fall of 2026. The Kickoff Session will likely be the first or second week of November. The dates will be announced shortly.
Each month, there are two learning sessions held on Mondays, plus two coaching sessions held on Fridays.
How much time would I need to commit to this?
If invited to participate, minimally, you will need to attend 6 hours of training per month plus 6 hours of group coaching. In addition, you will need implementation time.
During the Selection Process, Suzanne will identify the likely challenges and blockage styles you may encounter during the work.
At that time, she will be able to give you a better idea of the time commitment you would need to invest to be successful.
What is the financial investment?
If invited to participate, the total investment is $9,540, which includes an initial deposit of $1,590 plus ten monthly payments of $795.
If the tuition is paid in full within the first 30 days, you would receive a pay-in-full credit of $1,000. So the pay-in-full amount is $8,540.
Ocasionally, although rarely, some openings include additional group coaching and/or one-to-one coaching with Suzanne. Of course, the cost is higher if you are invited to particpate at one of those levels.
What is The Greater Purpose Mastery Selection Process?
Apply
Previous participants have indicated that it takes between 30 - 45 minutes to fill out the application. Suzanne personally reviews each application. If your application indicates there may be a possible fit, you will be contacted to schedule a Selection Interview.
The Interview
During this 60 - 90 minute interview, you will be doing most of the talking. Suzanne will be interviewing you to determine if you meet the 13 minimum criteria and whether it makes sense to proceed to Step 3.
Initial Determinations
During this step, Suzanne will share her thoughts on your likely experiences with the work, the challenges and opportunities for growth she anticipates uniquely for you, and the type of commitments you would need to make to be a successful participant.
Questions, Answers, and Reflections
If there still appears to be a possible fit, at this point, it makes sense to take additional time to ask and answer any questions.
Suzanne will also discuss the commitments you would need to make to yourself (based on what's likely to surface for you during the work), the group, and the other group members. These are important commitments, and you will be asked to take some time to consider your ability to make and keep them.
You may also be given some homework as an additional clarity and assesment tool and to help you consider the commitments.
Invitation or Recommendations
After considerations, Suzanne will either invite you to participate or recommend other possible resources for you (if possible and/or appropriate).
During this meeting, if an invitation is made for you to participate, you will either accept or reject the invitation. If accepted, the group commitments will be agreed to, and you will create a strategy to keep those commitments even when it may be challenging to do so.
